What information we collect

From donors: name, father's name, gotra, address, mobile, job details and bank account details for SI. From students: personal, educational and family income details, photo and documents.

How the information is used

• To prepare SI request letters, keep account of contributions and issue receipts
• To check student eligibility, issue admit cards and results, and disburse support
• To send notices of the organisation

Security

Your information is visible only to you and authorised committee members. Passwords are stored encrypted. Bank account numbers are partly hidden (XXXX) in lists. Student documents are never public.

Public information

"Supporting Members" list shows the name, post, department and tehsil only of members who have consented — mobile and bank details are never made public. The result list shows the roll number and name of selected students.
